Jennifer Wei

Jennifer Wei has worked in the fashion industry for over a decade. Jennifer began their career in 2006 as a Summer Intern at Textile/Clothing Technology Corporation. In 2007, they joined Target as a Business Analyst in Target Sourcing Services, later becoming an Associate Designer for Women's Outerwear and Swimwear and a Designer I for Women's Cut & Sew Knits. Jennifer then became a Designer II for Women's Sweaters, where they were responsible for designing core and must-have sweaters, bringing innovation to the Merona Favorite Cardigan, and co-captaining the RTW "Down Time Knit" Process. In 2016, Jennifer co-founded The Card Curative, a greeting card delivery service. Most recently, they have been the VP of Design & Merchandising at Criquet Shirts since 2014, where they lead and implements seasonal product strategy, creates line plans and product development calendars, manages product page creation, and collaborates with other departments.

Jennifer Wei attended Michigan State University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Apparel and Textile Design.
