Kathleen Breton has extensive experience in administrative support and billing within the plumbing and heating industry and banking sector. Currently a Billing Associate at Crisafulli Bros. Plumbing and Heating Contractors, Inc. since June 2014, Kathleen ensures the timely application of billing and customer payment processing while addressing customer inquiries. Previously, Kathleen served as a Marketing/Administrative Assistant, supporting the CEO through marketing campaigns and event planning. At KeyBank from 1993 to May 2014, Kathleen held several roles, including Executive Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed executive support and office management, and a Business Analyst role, focusing on system needs and user guidance.
