Atulya Sinha

Asia-pacific Macroeconomic Research Analyst

Atulya Sinha currently serves as an Asia-Pacific Macroeconomic Research Analyst at Crisil since March 2025. Prior to this role, Atulya was a Young Professional at the Centre for WTO Studies from July 2023 to March 2025, contributing to cross-border trade regulations and supporting trade negotiations, including the India-Oman Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement. Atulya has experience as a Placement Coordinator at the Placement Cell of the Centre for Development Studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University and as Project Head for Enactus, leading initiatives to aid victims of domestic violence and Indo-Pakistani refugees. Atulya has also interned at NITI Aayog, focusing on a survey for senior citizens during the COVID-19 pandemic, receiving recognition from the Kalam Foundation. Academic credentials include an M.A. in Applied Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Delhi University.
