Kaitlin Bishop

Kaitlin Bishop is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational and operational management across various sectors. Currently serving as Hotline Supervisor and Hotline Shift Leader at the Crisis Center for South Suburbia since March 2023, Kaitlin previously held key leadership positions including Vice-President at Dogs Deserve It, where oversight of daily operations for a large team and client management were primary responsibilities. As Executive Director of The Big Hearts Fund from April 2012 to March 2017, Kaitlin managed organizational operations, financial accounts, donor engagement, and program management, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Prior roles include professional dancer and roles in customer service and compliance, showcasing a diverse skill set and commitment to organizational success. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Columbia College Chicago.
