Aino Niskala is a seasoned professional in the fields of project management and youth work, currently serving as a Project Manager at CMI — Martti Ahtisaari Peace Foundation since November 2021, after previously holding roles as a Programme Officer and Coordinator within the same organization. Prior experience includes work as a Participatory Youth Worker at the City of Tampere from February 2019 to November 2021, and as Coordinator of Youth Matters at the City of Vaasa from February 2016 to December 2018. Aino began a career in the arts as a Theater Director with Kulttuuriyhdistys Kurpitsa from January 2007 to August 2011. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Visual and Performing Arts from Centria University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 2011 and 2015.
