Oskari Eronen serves as the Chief Programme Officer at CMI — Martti Ahtisaari Peace Foundation since September 2012, leading the Programme Management Office and overseeing project planning, monitoring, evaluation, and institutional fundraising. With a background that includes roles as Adviser for Security and Development at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, and various positions related to civil-military affairs and crisis management in both Finland and Afghanistan, Oskari possesses extensive experience in conflict resolution and governance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Real Estate Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and a Master of Social Sciences in Political Science from the University of Jyväskylä.
