Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at CMI — Martti Ahtisaari Peace Foundation is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the foundation's various peacebuilding initiatives. This team ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while coordinating efforts across multiple regions, including the Middle East, North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, Eurasia, and Asia. Their work involves collaboration with local stakeholders, managing resources, and preparing detailed reports to measure the impact and success of their peace mediation and conflict resolution efforts.
