Chelsea Ottery

Chelsea Ottery is a seasoned User Experience Researcher at Crisis Prevention Institute, where responsibilities include planning and conducting user interviews and usability tests, as well as building and launching online polls and surveys. Previously served as a User Experience Specialist, involved in designing user experiences within Agile product development teams, focusing on usability testing and web data analysis. Chelsea began as a UX Research and Design Intern, gaining experience in usability testing and creating wireframes and mockups. Prior to this, Chelsea coordinated program operations logistics and taught English as a Second Language to a diverse group of adult learners. Chelsea holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature and Women's and Gender Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a User Experience Research and Design Blueprint certification from Skillcrush, and a TEFL certification from TEFL Iberia. Additionally, Chelsea participated in a language immersion semester at Universidad de Granada.
