Jen Czajka

Jen Czajka started their work experience in 1997 as a Freelance Graphics Production Artist while self-employed. Jen then worked at ASQ - The Global Voice of Quality from 2001 to 2015, holding various roles including Director of Membership Services and Project Leader. From 2016 to 2023, they worked at Froedtert Health as a Senior Marketing Specialist, responsible for developing strategic marketing and communication plans. Currently, they are the Director of Certified Instructor Experience at Crisis Prevention Institute.

Jen Czajka has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago. Jen also has completed coursework in Clinical Psychology at Marquette University. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Quality Improvement Associate from ASQ.
