Beth Brady

Beth Brady, LAC has a diverse work experience in the mental health sector. Beth recently held the position of Chief Brand and Development Officer at Solari, Inc., where they successfully led the organization through a rebranding initiative. Prior to this, Beth served as the Sr. Director of Brand Development and Education, where they spearheaded marketing, communications, employee experience, and education programs. Beth also has experience as an Interim Chief Experience Officer and Director of Training and Public Relations at the same organization.

Before joining Solari, Beth worked at Southwest Network as a Clinical Coordinator, providing leadership and supervision to a multidisciplinary team. Beth ensured compliance with mental health standards and implemented data analytics for service planning. Additionally, they served as a Counseling Intern at Bayless Healthcare Group, providing counseling services and conducting forensic research.

Beth Brady, LAC has a strong educational background in the field of mental health counseling. Beth completed their Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology at Argosy University from 2005 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the same institution from 2008 to 2012.

Additionally, Beth has also obtained certifications and participated in various professional development activities. In 2014, they became a Certified Crisis Worker through The American Association of Suicidology, and later in the same year, they became an Exam Proctor for Crisis Worker Certification from the same institution. In 2015, they became a Mental Health First Aid Instructor in the Adult, Fire/EMS, and Public Safety Curriculums, certified by Mental Health First Aid USA, National Council for Behavioral Health. In 2016, they obtained a Relias Level I Certification from Relias Learning Management System. The following year, in 2017, Beth acquired the Psychological First Aid (Instructor) certification from the National Center for PTSD. Beth'smost recent certification, obtained in 2020, is as a Licensed Associate Counselor through the Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
