Heinz Bartnick

Heinz Bartnick, MSOP, SHRM-CP, CPHQ, currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Capella University and Piedmont Virginia Community College, while also working as an Organizational Development and Quality Analyst for Solari, Inc. and previously for Dominion Care. Heinz has held several roles in human resources, including Human Resources Analyst for the City of Virginia Beach and Human Resources Coordinator for Dominion Youth Services. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Heinz worked as an Electronic Warfare Avionics Technician. Heinz holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Regent University, along with an Associate's degree in Avionics Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
