Jim Gibbons is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and training. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Solari, Inc. since July 2021, Jim focuses on enhancing employee retention, recognition, and wellness while implementing diversity initiatives in talent acquisition and development.
