Brittney Byrd

Brittney Byrd is a dedicated mental health professional currently serving as a Mental Health Therapist at a non-profit organization since September 2023. Brittney has been a Crisis Counselor volunteer with Crisis Text Line since May 2018, providing critical support in urgent situations. As a Graduate Student and Therapist Intern at Messiah University since January 2020, Brittney is furthering clinical expertise in mental health counseling. Previous experience includes work at The University of Texas at San Antonio's Psychometric Research Laboratory from January to June 2018. Brittney holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Education was completed at Leilehua High School from 2012 to 2015.
