Emma Lorber

Emma Lorber is an undergraduate chemistry student at Binghamton University, expected to graduate in May 2024. Currently serving as a Crisis Hotline Counselor at Crisis Text Line since March 2024, Emma has gained extensive experience in various educational and healthcare roles, including positions as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for biochemistry, organic chemistry, and general chemistry. Emma's research contributions include independent studies in the Liu Research Laboratory and projects at New York Medical College, alongside clinical exposure as a Patient Care Partner at Guthrie and as a volunteer at Lourdes Hospital. Emma has also held leadership roles, such as Vice President of Academic Affairs for J-Health and an ambassador for Unibuddy, fostering peer support and pre-health professional development initiatives.
