Natalia Dayan

Natalia Dayan is an experienced professional in the mental health and crisis intervention fields, currently serving as the Global Strategy Director and Head of Localization at Crisis Text Line since January 2016. In this role, Natalia leads the expansion of services into new languages and oversees the development of the organization's Spanish service while supporting international expansion efforts in Latin America. Previously, Natalia served as the Localization Director and Manager of International Partnerships, focusing on cross-functional team leadership and global partnership development. Additionally, Natalia has been a Crisis Counselor Supervisor since July 2015 and has experience as an Advisor at Vibrant Emotional Health, where responsibilities included facilitating groups and providing case management and therapy. Natalia holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University.
