Andy Webb is a seasoned professional in mental health and wellbeing, currently serving as the Wellbeing Lead at Crisis since June 2017, focusing on creating supportive environments for staff and volunteers. Previously, Andy managed the ESF Building Better Opportunities project, successfully assisting homeless individuals facing severe disadvantages into employment. Extensive experience includes serving as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor for MHFA England and working with various organizations such as Mind in the City and Twining Enterprise, where leadership roles encompassed project management, employer services, and training development. With a background in management at Halfords, Andy combines practical experience with a strong commitment to enhancing mental health and wellbeing in diverse settings.
