Belen Garcia

Belen Garcia is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in management and operations within the fashion sector. Currently serving as Shop Manager at Crisis since March 2022, Belen plays a pivotal role in customer engagement and fundraising for the charity. Previously, Belen spent over two decades at Monsoon Accessorize, holding various managerial positions, including Market Manager and Branch Manager, where leadership extended to store operations during challenging times, such as the Covid pandemic. Belen is also adept at training and motivating teams, implementing strategic projects, and managing high-traffic retail environments. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Bilingual Translation from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies with Business English from London South Bank University.
