Alexandra Groot has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Alexandra is currently the Head of Growth at Crisp, where they lead a team of data-driven marketeers focused on improving customer acquisition and retention. Alexandra is responsible for top-line planning and reporting, as well as managing a multi-million media budget across multiple markets. Prior to Crisp, Alexandra worked as a Business Development Manager at Crisp.
Before joining Crisp, Alexandra was a Private Equity Associate at Bain Capital, where they worked from June 2020 to October 2021. Alexandra also has experience as the Founder of ArtRoom, an in-home art booking platform that is currently live in the Netherlands and Boston, MA.
Alexandra's earlier experience includes roles at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Consultant, Associate, and Visiting Associate. Alexandra worked in these positions from February 2016 to August 2018, with their responsibilities ranging from consulting and analysis to strategy development.
Alexandra Groot completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics & Business Economics from Utrecht University from 2012 to 2016. Following that, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Harvard Business School from 2018 to 2020.
