Belle de Veer

Belle de Veer has a diverse and extensive work experience. Belle currently holds the position of Lead Machine Learning Engineer at Crisp since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at MIcompany as a Senior AI & Data Engineer from January 2022 to March 2023 and as an AI & Data Engineer from January 2021 to December 2021. Belle also served as a Data Scientist at MIcompany from August 2018 to December 2020.

In addition to their role at MIcompany, Belle de Veer worked as a GAIn Trainer & Cloud Engineer at GAIn® - The Global AI network from November 2019 to March 2023. Before joining GAIn®, they gained experience as a Graduate Research Intern at ORTEC - Optimize Your World from September 2017 to March 2018 and as a Junior Business Analyst from January 2016 to August 2017.

Prior to their professional career in the field of AI and data analysis, Belle de Veer worked at Stichting Studiebegeleiding Leiden, where they held various roles including Trainer van Hoofddocenten from June 2015 to July 2016, Hoofddocent Examentraining from June 2014 to July 2016, and Assistent docent examentraining from January 2012 to June 2014. Belle also worked as a Studievoorlichter at Tilburg University from September 2014 to July 2016.

Belle de Veer's education history begins in 2006 when they attended Cobbenhagenlyceum te Tilburg, where they pursued a Gymnasium degree with a focus on Natuur en Techniek (Science and Technology). Belle completed their studies there in 2012. In the same year, they also obtained an International Baccalaureate English A2 Higher Level qualification.

Afterward, Belle enrolled at Tilburg University and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Econometrie & Operationele Research (Econometrics & Operations Research) from 2012 to 2016. As part of their undergraduate studies, they participated in an exchange program at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in 2015, where they focused on Business economics.

Following their Bachelor's degree, Belle continued their education at Tilburg University and completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Analytics & Operations Research from 2016 to 2018.

In 2019, Belle attended GAIn® - The Global AI network to enhance their knowledge and skills in AI and data practices. Belle completed the AI & Data Practitioner 2-Star Program and obtained a certification.

Belle further expanded their expertise by obtaining additional certifications. In 2020, they acquired the Trainer Certificate - 1-Star and completed the Managing AI projects course from GAIn® - The Global AI network. Belle also obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the same year.

Most recently, in 2022, Belle obtained the 2302 - AI Solution Implementation certification from GAIn® - The Global AI network.
