Joske Koksma - van Gils

Joske Koksma - van Gils has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 with McKinsey & Company as a Consultant until 2013. From 2013 to 2013, Joske worked as a Consultant at Sociaal Economische Raad. Then, Joske rejoined McKinsey & Company from 2015 to 2018, first as an Associate and then as an Engagement Manager. Currently, Joske is working as a Business Development Manager at Crisp, where they are involved in changing the way people shop by offering better quality food through a fast and app-only supermarket.

Joske Koksma - van Gils began their education journey with a specialization in classical bassoon at the Koninklijk Conservatorium from 2003 to 2006. Following that, from 2006 to 2009, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics at Delft University of Technology. Later, from 2009 to 2010, Joske completed their Master of Science in Physics at Imperial College London. Finally, in 2013 and 2014, they attended the London Business School and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree, specializing in Business Administration.
