Noortje van der Wijden

Noortje van der Wijden has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in supply chain and operations. Noortje is currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain & Operations Innovation at Crisp since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Supply Chain at Crisp from September 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining Crisp, Noortje worked at McKinsey & Company as a Consultant operations, from January 2021 to September 2021. Noortje also served as a Consultant in the Operations Excellence Program at McKinsey & Company from January 2019 to December 2020.

Noortje's earlier experience includes working at FrieslandCampina. Noortje served as a Manager Inventory Planning from March 2017 to December 2018. Prior to this role, they worked as a Management Trainee in Supply Chain/Operations from March 2015 to March 2017. Noortje also gained valuable experience as a Graduate Intern in Milk Valorisation & Allocation at FrieslandCampina from September 2014 to February 2015.

Noortje van der Wijden completed their education in a chronological manner. Noortje attended Coornhert Gymnasium Gouda from 2003 to 2009 where they obtained a Gymnasium degree with a field of study in Science & Health. Later, they enrolled at the University of Groningen and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Technology Management, which they completed from 2009 to 2013. Noortje continued their studies at the University of Groningen and Newcastle University, where they pursued concurrent Master of Science (MSc) degrees. Noortje completed their MSc in Technology and Operations Management at the University of Groningen and their MSc in Operations and Supply Chain Management at Newcastle University, both within the period of 2013 to 2015.
