Shaun Durham is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and recruitment. As Managing Director of Crisp Professional Development since June 2012, Shaun oversees daily operations and ensures exceptional customer service while managing a team of trainers, coaches, and consultants. Concurrently, Shaun serves as an Executive Coach at KiPeople, specializing in career management and performance coaching for individuals and small groups. Previously, Shaun was the Owner of Moon Consulting, focusing on executive recruitment and interim management, and managed the Havant Branch of CMA Financial Recruitment, overseeing senior accountancy placements. Shaun holds a PhD in History from the University of Southampton and a BA in History from the University of York.
