Jilong Li

Jilong Li is a Principal Scientist at CRISPR Therapeutics, with extensive experience in lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulation and process development. Prior experience includes a role as Sr Process Engineer at GreenLight Biosciences, where responsibilities involved scaling up LNP formulation processes and enabling Phase I GMP tech-transfer. Jilong served as a Scientist at Intellia Therapeutics, leading projects in LNP formulation development and process scaling efforts, and contributed to advanced characterization of LNP. Additional experience includes designing lipid nanoparticle/mRNA encapsulation processes at Arcturus Therapeutics and internship experience in sterile filtration and filling process development at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. Jilong holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
