Kathleen Kelly

Kathleen Kelly currently serves as Associate Director of Program Management at CRISPR Therapeutics, starting in January 2023. Previously, Kathleen held positions as Director of Program Management and Associate Director of Program Management at KSQ Therapeutics, Inc. from December 2020 to January 2023. At Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory between December 2017 and December 2020, Kathleen worked as a Scientific Program Manager for the Center for Mouse Brain Cell Atlas, overseeing a large team and managing significant budgets and operations for an international center. Prior experience includes serving as Study Director and Project Lead at Ichor Therapeutics, Inc., where Kathleen focused on oncology research and developed operational frameworks for regulatory compliance. Kathleen holds a PhD in Physics with a focus on Biophysics and Biomaterials from Syracuse University and a BS in Applied Physics from Binghamton University.
