Mary Kathryn Cornwell

Mary Kathryn Cornwell is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in reporting and technical accounting. Currently serving as Director of Reporting & Technical Accounting at CRISPR Therapeutics since March 2019, Mary Kathryn has held various roles within the company, including Associate Director and Senior Manager of SEC Reporting. Prior to joining CRISPR Therapeutics, Mary Kathryn worked at EY as an Assurance Senior and Assurance Staff, as well as at Bank of America in multiple positions such as Assistant Banking Center Manager and Teller Operations Specialist. Mary Kathryn holds a Master's degree in Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor's degree in English with a focus on Creative Writing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
