Nathalie Ahyi-Amendah

Nathalie Ahyi-Amendah is a Senior Scientist at CRISPR Therapeutics, specializing in the management and supervision of a flow cytometry team for immunophenotyping assay development in cell and gene therapy products. Prior experience includes roles as a Scientist at Takeda Oncology, where analytic assays for cell therapy characterization were independently designed and executed, and as an Immunogenicity Scientist at Pfizer, contributing to assay development and experimental data analysis. Nathalie also served as Program Director at the Foundation for Healthy Communities, leading health equity initiatives in New Hampshire, and conducted postdoctoral research at Boston University School of Medicine, where novel discoveries regarding stress response were made. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from Indiana University Indianapolis and an MS in Molecular Pharmacology from Purdue University.
