Ricardo Marquez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ricardo started their career in 2005 at The Home Depot as a Pro Desk Associate and later joined Sodexo as a Hope Village Manager. In 2009, they worked as a Game Coach/Manager at Games2U Worldwide Headquarters, where they provided marketing, managed accounts payable, and scheduled events for high-end clientele. From 2012 to 2013, Ricardo created content for MLB and MLBFanCave.com as a Cave Dweller at Major League Baseball. Ricardo then worked as a Social Media Consultant as a freelancer before joining Jukin Media Inc in 2014 as a Director of Audience Development. In this role, they oversaw content, strategy, and audience development across platforms, achieving significant growth in views and subscribers. In 2017, they worked as a Digital Consultant at Lionsgate for the Laugh Out Loud Network. Currently, Ricardo is a Co-Founder and CDO at Crispy Chicken Digital, a full-service social media agency where they are responsible for agency growth, day-to-day operations, and coordinating various efforts.

Ricardo Marquez attended Pasadena City College from 2010 to 2011, studying Cinematography and Film/Video Production. In 2004 and 2005, they also attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, but their field of study is unknown. Additionally, in February 2015, Ricardo obtained a certification in Audience Growth from YouTube.
