Previous roles at CRISTA Ministries include Senior Network Engineer and Manager of Server & Network Technology, where responsibilities included managing substantial server and network infrastructures. Michael's experience also includes significant leadership positions at Expedia, encompassing strategic planning and budgeting for IT operations. Michael holds an Associate's Degree in Software Development and has participated in leadership training through the Global Leadership Summit.
