Mathieu Buchard

Mathieu Buchard is an Assistant Ressources Humaines at Cristalco since September 2022, responsible for various HR functions including payroll management, recruitment and onboarding processes, personnel administrative tasks, training follow-up, and participation in employee representative meetings. Prior to Cristalco, Mathieu served as a Chargé de recrutement at Manpower, focusing on recruiting HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and Marketing profiles, and at Leaders Trust International as a Chargé de recherches, where candidate searches were conducted via social media platforms. Education includes a Master's degree in Human Resources and Change Management from SUP des RH, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from PPA Business School, and a Baccalauréat in STMG from Lycée Notre Dame de Boulogne.
