Rodrigo D. is an experienced customer service professional with a diverse background in sales and client management. Since June 2018, Rodrigo D. has held the position of Manager Customer Service FEED at Cristalco, where responsibilities include order processing, shipment organization, dispute management, customer portfolio oversight, and expertise in SAP. Prior to this role, Rodrigo D. served as an Assistant Commercial - ADV at Diesel and as an Assistant Sales at Custo Barcelona. Additionally, Rodrigo D. has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of La bohème Inca and previously worked in commercial and sales roles at Nestlé Nespresso from January 2008 to December 2011.
