Stephani Britt

Stephani Britt is an accomplished finance and human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Human Resources at Cristo Rey Atlanta Jesuit High School since August 2023, Britt also holds the position of Founder and CEO at SIU Consulting Group, which began in June 2021. As a speaker and panelist for the S.H.I.P. Panel since 2022, Britt actively contributes to empowering professional women. Previous experience includes serving as Co-Chair for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at GSMA, where strategic collaborations enhanced organizational policy and employee engagement. Britt's background encompasses roles at significant institutions such as Emory University, Turner Broadcasting System, Fulton County Government, and Bank of America, showcasing a solid track record in financial analysis, compliance, and project management. Britt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Strayer University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Gordon State College.
