K. Francis Seed

K. Frances serves as the Director of Instructional Coaching. In this role, she will oversee the support of teachers, implementation of data-proven best practices, and develop coaching plans, targeted topics, and design to ensure student growth/engagement and teacher improvement. K. Frances earned a Bachelor of Science in English from Texas College (HBCU Proud) and a Master of Education degree from Texas A & M University-Commerce.

K. Frances has served as an educator and instructional coach at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. She is thrilled to be a part of the CRD family, and looking forward to a year of growing minds and helping teachers reach their academic goals.
