Charlène Leroueil

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and health informatics. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, Charlene is recognized as a clinical documentation expert and leads care plan and patient bedside education initiatives. Prior to this role, Charlene worked as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where implementation of the A4 Healthmatics ED application took place in a level one trauma center. Additionally, Charlene held the position of Senior Business Consultant at Kaiser Permanente IT, focusing on modeling clinical concepts for Convergent Medical Terminology. Charlene began their career as a Staff Nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Charlene holds a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
