María Durán Girón

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in online retail of organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. From January 2016, Mariana has worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V., and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also has experience as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Academic qualifications include a Diploma in Administration and Management of Companies from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
