Antoine Delattre possesses extensive experience in internal control and risk management, currently serving as Manager - Group Internal Control at Criteo since January 2016. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Internal Control & Risk Management at Criteo, Superviseur Audit Interne at BIC, and Consultant/Auditeur Senior at PwC France, where significant contributions were made to internal audits, compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley legislation, and sector-specific engagements across energy, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods.
