Hubert De Pesquidoux

Hubert de Pesquidoux has served as a member of our board of directors and chairman of the audit committee since October 2012. Mr. de Pesquidoux is currently Executive Partner at Siris Capital, a private equity firm focused on making control investments in data/telecom, technology and technology-enabled business service companies in North America. Until 2009, Mr. de Pesquidoux spent 21 years in various roles as a senior executive of Alcatel-Lucent SA. His last position was Chief Financial Officer of Alcatel-Lucent and President of its Enterprise Business Group. Mr. de Pesquidoux served as chairman of the board for Tekelec from May 2011 to January 2012 and served on the board of directors of Mavenir Systems from January 2012 to February 2015. He is currently the executive chairman of Premiere Global Services, Inc. and Mavenir Systems, Inc., and the chairman of the audit committee and member of the board of directors of Sequans Communications S.A. The board of directors believes that Mr. de Pesquidoux’s experience and knowledge in the high-tech industry, as well as his broad financial expertise, allow him to make valuable contributions to the board of directors.
