Phil Beltran has extensive sales management experience, currently serving as Regional Manager at Ultimate Sales since January 2018. In this role, Phil focuses on developing customer programs and products while fostering strong client relationships and coaching a team on mutual benefits for both Ultimate Sales and its customers. Prior to this, Phil spent over 13 years at Convenience Sales Network, where responsibilities included oversight of sales for Southern California and strategic direction for the Mexico market, emphasizing growth in convenience stores and other retail channels. Phil holds an education from Fullerton College, attended from 1997 to 2000.
