Ellen Williams is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in the semiconductor industry. Ellen has held various roles at different companies throughout their career.

Ellen began their work experience in 1990 at BURR BROWN as a Test/Product Engineer and stayed with the company until 1994. Ellen then joined Motorola as a Test/Product Engineer and remained there until 1998. Following that, they joined Silicon Laboratories as a Test/Product Engineer and worked with the company for almost a decade until 2007.

In 2007, Ellen moved to Luminary Micro where they served as a Product Engineer and Reliability Quality Assurance Engineer until 2009. After leaving Luminary Micro, they returned to Silicon Laboratories, this time as a Staff Product Test Engineer, and worked there until 2011.

In 2016, Ellen joined NXP as a Project Manager and stayed with the company until 2017. Ellen then moved on to Ambiq where they held the role of Product Test Engineer from 2017 to 2019.

Most recently, in 2020, Ellen joined Criteria Labs where they currently hold the positions of Product/Test Engineer and Program/Project Manager.
