Carme Fajula Soriano

Carme Fajula Soriano has extensive experience in culinary training and education, serving as a Formadora at Femarec SCCL since November 2015 and Criteria Recursos Humanos since April 2004, where responsibilities include various food safety and culinary courses. In addition, Carme has been involved in initiatives for social inclusion through Nutrició Sense Fronteres, leading workshops on healthy cooking and dietary practices targeted at vulnerable groups. Educational qualifications include a Master in Alta Gastronomia Ejecutiva y Creativa from CETT - UB and various technical degrees related to food safety, nutrition, and human resources.
