Jose Luis Oto

Jose Luis Oto is an experienced HR consultant with a specialization in consulting, recruitment, and training of engineering and technical profiles. Currently serving as a Consultor empresarial de RR. HH. at TecCom RRHH since August 2006, Jose Luis has been instrumental in helping companies evaluate and train leaders through a theoretical and practical approach. In addition, Jose Luis holds the position of Responsable Zona Aragón at Criteria Recursos Humanos since April 2016, focusing on business development and HR consulting, particularly in training and development linked to innovation and technology. Since July 2012, Jose Luis has also worked as a Consultor RRHH at SNTalent, managing recruitment processes for engineering profiles and liaising with sector clients. Jose Luis obtained an MBA in Management and Administration from Instituto De Directivos De Empresa in Madrid, between 2004 and 2007.
