Gonzalo Vallejos

Gonzalo Vallejos is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in investment banking and asset management. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Criteria since October 2017, Gonzalo specializes in providing investment and financing solutions to corporate clients and individuals through capital markets. Previously, Gonzalo held leadership roles as Managing Partner at Zenit Capital and Managing Director at AdCap Securities, where a strong focus on emerging markets fixed income trading was established. Prior experience includes serving as Director and Head of Investment Banking at PUENTE, where Gonzalo led over 30 debt capital market transactions, and serving as CFO at EMEGE S.A., overseeing multiple financial departments and improving financial outcomes. Gonzalo's career began as an Executive Assistant at Compañía General de Combustibles S.A., and Gonzalo was also the founder of Fancy Chicken, an entrepreneurial venture. Educational qualifications include an EMBA from IAE Business School and a Master in Finance from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
