Clyde Folley has held a variety of roles in the media industry since 2009. Clyde started their career at Troma Entertainment as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations in 2009. Clyde then moved on to Atlas Media Corp in 2011 as an Associate Producer. Following this, they held Assistant Editor roles at Learning Matters, Ark Media, and National Geographic Television International. In 2012, they also took on the role of Video Editor at VICE Media, Inc., where they were the Lead Assistant Editor for the Emmy-winning HBO series from 2012 to 2014, and Editor for VICE NEWS from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, Clyde Folley also became an Editor at National Geographic and a Video Editor at The Criterion Collection.

Clyde Folley attended Cornell University in 2004, followed by Vassar College from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Film.
