Maarten van der Hoek

Maarten van der Hoek is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Director of Revenue & BI at Criterion Hospitality since October 2025. Prior to this role, Maarten was the Resort Revenue Director at The Lensbury Resort from November 2022 to October 2025 and held positions as Cluster Revenue Manager and Revenue Manager at Hilton from September 2018 to November 2022, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of seven hotels across Continental Europe and the United Kingdom. Additional experience includes roles in sales for groups, conferences, and events at The Waldorf Hilton in London, as well as events sales at The Trafalgar St. James. Maarten began the hospitality journey in various food and beverage positions at TRYP by Wyndham and Menzies Welcombe Hotel Spa & Golf Club. Educational background includes studies at Stenden from 2013 to 2016 and ROC Mondriaan from 2009 to 2013.
