Mike Hoye

Mike Hoye is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in systems engineering, software development, and patent examination. Since September 2012, Mike has served as a Senior Systems Engineer and Subject Matter Expert at Criterion Systems. Prior to this role, Mike worked at ManTech International Corp. as a Principal Software Applications Engineer and served as a Patent Examiner focused on Electrical Engineering at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office from 2002 to 2007. Previous positions include Software Development Engineer at Motorola, where Mike developed embedded software for digital set-top boxes, and Test Engineer at Cardone Industries, where Mike created test software for automotive components. Mike holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from LeTourneau University.
