H. Alan Mooney, P.E. has held key leadership positions in various engineering companies since the 1960s. Currently serving as the Founding President at Criterium Engineers, H. Alan oversees all operations and engineering standards. Prior to this, H. Alan held the title of President at Criterium - Mooney Engineers for almost three decades. With a BSCE in Civil/Structural Engineering from Rutgers University, their expertise in the field is extensive and valuable.
