Rebecca Rand Costigan, P.E., LEED-AP, CEM, is a Chief Engineer at Criterium Engineers responsible for project engineering on various projects. Rebecca has also worked as an Adjunct Engineering Instructor at the University of Maine and as a Consulting Engineer in the past. With a background in Mechanical Engineering, Rebecca has extensive experience in evaluating buildings and energy efficiency projects.
