Shawn Pasienza

Shawn Pasienza has been a part of the Critical Alert family since June of 2001. He has 20+ years of experience installing low voltage systems in hospitals and long-term care facilities all over the United States and has a State Certified Low Voltage Contractors License. He began his career with Critical Alert as a member of the Installation Team working his way into a Supervisor role, later being promoted to Operational Services Manager and is now the Director of Operations. Shawn is responsible for the safe and efficient operations of several departments including Installation, Production, Quality Control, as well as the Warehouse and Technical Support. His willingness and commitment to take on new challenges and expand his expertise have made him valuable to the team, our customers, and the organization.

In his spare time, Shawn enjoys spending time with his family and friends and working on home improvement projects.
