Wil Lukens

General Manager at Critical Alert

Wil Lukens is the current General Manager at Critical Alert. Prior to this position, Wil served as the Vice President of Sales from May 2020 to January 2021. Wil also managed the field sales, channel management, business development, account management, sales operations, educational services, client success, sales engineering and marketing functions.

From January 2012 to December 2016, Wil served as the Sr. Vice President Sales & Business Development at CenTrak. In this role, Wil was responsible for leading the sales and business development teams and executing the sales strategy.

From January 2008 to December 2012, Wil served as the Vice President of Business Development at CenTrak. In this role, Wil was responsible for leading the business development team and executing the business development strategy.

Wil Lukens has a MBA in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a BA in Business and Spanish from Maryville College. Wil also has a certification from the Miller Heiman Group in Strategic Selling with Perspective.
