Director at Critical Control

Sergei Tchetvertnykh has a long and varied work experience. Sergei began their career at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 1993 as a Summer Associate in the Emerging Markets M&A department. In 1994, they moved to CS First Boston where they served as Head of Investment Banking and Vice President of the Global Corporate Finance Group. In 2000, they joined Merrill Lynch as Senior Vice President of Technology Investment Banking. In 2002, they co-founded Infinium Group and served as CEO. In 2011, they became a Partner in Private Equity at Globacor Partners Inc. In 2019, they became a Director at Critical Control Technologies. In 2020, they became a Director at V-Carbon. Finally, in 2012 they became the CEO of BRC Capital Partners.

Sergei Tchetvertnykh obtained their B.SC. in Cybernetics from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' in 1990. Sergei then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General from the Ivey Business School at Western University in 1994. More recently, they completed the Institute of Corporate Directors program at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, earning their ICD-Rotman, ICD.D in 2019.
