Ricardo Cunha is an experienced professional with a robust background in software engineering and project management, currently serving as Team Manager and Technical Architect at Critical Manufacturing since July 2013. Responsibilities include steering team efforts towards project goals, enforcing methodologies, forecasting capacity, planning team growth, and managing complex implementation scenarios while supporting technical discussions with clients.
